The queen room I stayed in was recently refurbished and reasonably large with a balcony. The location was excellent and amazing on pedestrian mall with many fine resturants, close to a bus stop.

I spent 4 nights here and loved that. Clean, good value hotel, the location was excellent so close to good local restaurants, the Lapad beach and the bus stop to the Old Town. I had a twin room and it was unique with balcony. Having a shower, a hairdryer, and fresh towels was a bonus.
